This article is designed to assist users when their FSX 2020 software is requesting activation details since it has been installed onto the computer. Please follow our fault-finding steps to resolve this issue.

Fault-Finding Steps:
1. Please login to your FSX Live account from the link included here: FSX Live
2. Select the licenses tab and press the deactivate button next to your activation code. Please remember to make a note of the activation code before deactivating the license.
3. Load the FSX 2020 software and enter your account details and activation code into the software.
4. The software should now load as expected. If not, please contact us using the email at the bottom of this article.
