This article is designed to help when experiencing problems accessing the Inside 6 feet game mode. Please see our fault-finding recommendations below:
1. Ensure the latest version of the software has been installed:
- Open the FSX Software
- Select the Foresight Logo at the top middle of the Play Compete Improve screen
- From this pop-up window, you will be able to see which version of the software is currently installed on the system. The latest version of FSX 2020 can be downloaded from the page here: https://www.foresightsports.com/fsx2020updates

2. Check if the software has Offline Hours Activated.
You can do this by selecting the Foresight Sports logo on the main menu. Selecting the logo will make a pop-up box appear which shows if Offline Hours are activated. If so, please use the steps below to put the software back into Online Mode:
To put your FSX 2020 software back into Online Mode:
- Open the FSX Software
- Select the Foresight Logo at the top middle of the Play Compete Improve screen
- From this pop-up window, you can see how many hours you have left. If you press deactivate this will remove the offline hours
- Close and re-open the software - the software should now look to validate via the internet on startup and you will be able to access the online features of FSX.
- The process is slightly different for the original version of FSX so please ask for further details.
3. Check the Firewall settings for the application / Allow the application:
- Search in Windows for Allow an app through Windows Firewall

From here, find any entries for Foresight Sports Experience (and any other Foresight products) and make sure the Public and Private boxes are ticked for all - you need to press Change Settings to make changes should they be needed.
